“What does scientific success actually consist of? How do scientists achieve this success? How should we interpret knowledge in the context of this success? These are central questions for philosophy of science. We should approach them by broadening our attention to manipulative and investigative practices, analyzing reasoning in the context of these practices, and freeing ourselves from fundamentalist assumptions that restrict traditional philosophical inquiry.”
